FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Easy Peasy!!! Once you let me know you are interested in a session, we will schedule a consultation, either over the phone, via email or in person. We will discuss all the options, find out what you are looking for and give you a chance to get to know me a little, and me you!

If working with me looks like fun (YEAH!), then you will be sent a link with some forms to fill out and to pay your retainer. We will then mark you down on the calendar and get excited!

Definitely a question that is at the front of everyone's minds...especially parents.

I offer a couple different options for sessions, a "lite" version and a "luxe" version. The lite version is quick and simple, whereas the luxe version gives you an entire experience. I also offer a variety of products, including digital images, that are of impeccable quality.

Isn't that always the way? Whenever you have something important come up, those pimples just magically appear. But don't worry! All sessions include retouching, and that means all those pimples are gone. As a matter of fact, I will edit out anything temporary...think scratches, bruises and blemishes.

So no need to reschedule, I got you. 

There are so many options, where should we start? All of my shoots are done on location. Depending on the session you choose, we will go to 1 or 2 different locations. Are you more urban? Or do you like the natural look? I have plenty of ideas for both, so just let me know! 

If you get the Luxe session, you don't have to choose. We will choose an area that can give us both looks within close proximity of each other.

Some popular areas are downtown Kenosha, the Lakefront, Antioch, Grayslake, Petrifying Springs Park...but if you know of a cool place, just let me know and we will see what we can do! 

I do! There is nothing better than getting all dolled up and pampered for your session. It is certainly not a requirement, but I have a few people I can connect with to give you the best hair and/or makeup treatment for your session. Just let me know and we will hook you up. 

Here is another very popular question. First off, I do have a style board I am always adding to on Pinterest. This will give you a great idea of what photographs well. 

Second, I will always say, the outfit that you look best in is the one you feel the best in. Wear what makes you feel comfortable. Don't be afraid to embrace the current styles (trust me, I have some questionable senior pictures of my own from the 90's!), but it's always a good idea to throw in at least one simple, classic look.

Not quite! While seniors are my focus, I love photographing all teens. Having a teenage daughter has really opened up my eyes for the need to capture this time as well. So periodically throughout the year I will be offering Teen Mini Sessions. Information will be up on the site soon! 

As far as other genres, I am happy to recommend another photographer for your needs! 

I sure do! However, I am not going to lie...prints and products are my specialty. Nothing gives me more pride than presenting to you a custom piece of the highest quality for you to cherish forever. I have prints all over my house...so should you! 

But I do recognize the need in this digital age to offer digital images. I offer a couple options, depending on your needs. All prints ordered come with a low resolution file so you can share online. I also offer high resolution files for printing at any size.
